About Us

We’re Javier and Patricia. A couple who, after struggling with autoimmune conditions, have grown our curiosity and passion every day for everything that helps us improve our health.

Although we always led what was supposed to be a “healthy life,” something was missing — enough for our immune system to “go haywire” and those conditions to appear.

We forgot that we’re bioelectric beings connected to nature. We vibrate in tune with it. We’ve learned that the number one “nourishment” for our cells is right there in our everyday life: SUN, NATURE AND EARTHING.

This pushed us out of our comfort zone and led us to change, among other things, where we live, so we could stay more connected to nature.

Today we spend much more time outdoors, in the sun, and we practice earthing every day, both out in nature and at home with our devices. This has had a huge impact on improving our health.

Since then, our mission has been to have a positive influence on those around us by sharing everything we’ve learned.

That’s why, to reach further and help many more people, Earthing.es was born.
